    I am a great believer in the power and potential of personal branding. Most people seem to believe personal branding is only for business owners and job seekers, but used correctly, it can also lead to brighter, more fulfilling lives for career-minded individuals.

    Because of this belief I’m writing a practical Personal Branding book for success in the workplace and developing a pilot personal branding course for Kyndryl. In 2014 I gave a lecture based on this work to business students at the University of La Rioja, and I continued sharing my passion for this topic at IBM hosting workshops for events like Careers Academy 2020 and IBM Foundation Females workshop, holding 1-2-1 sessions and writing articles to help my fellow IBMers (and now Kyndryls) achieve their career goals.     Es por eso que estoy escribiendo un libro práctico sobre el Desarrollo de la Marca Personal para el éxito profesional y desarrollando un programa piloto de Marca Personal dirigido a profesionales experimentados en Kyndryl. En 2014 impartí una charla basada en este proyecto a estudiantes de empresariales de la Universidad de La Rioja, y continué compartiendo mi pasión por el Personal Branding en IBM, desarrollando talleres para eventos como IBM Careers Academy 2020 y IBM Foundation Females Christmas Workshop.     As for my career, after obtaining my Business Administration and Advertising degrees I moved to London where I joined IBM Global Technology Services in 2015. There I got to experience a variety of roles, starting out as a Business Specialist in the Graduate Program and later moving on to Transition and Transformation as a Project Manager.

    In the 2021 split I joined Kyndryl, still working in the ever-changing environment of T&T, enjoying the challenge of facilitating and coordinating complex service management programmes. Every day I look for opportunities to help make my team more productive and successful using every tool at my disposal, including coaching and Agile practices.

    En cuanto a mi carrera profesional, tras obtener un doble Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y Publicidad bilingüe en la Universidad Nebrija me mudé a Londres, donde me uní a IBM Global Technology Services en 2015. Allí tuve la oportunidad de desempeñar diversas funciones, comenzando como Especialista en Negocios en el Programa de Graduados y pasando después a Transición y Transformación como directora de proyectos.

    Con la escisión de 2021 pasé a formar parte de Kyndryl, trabajando en el entorno siempre cambiante de las cuentas de Transición y Transformación, disfrutando del reto que supone facilitar y coordinar programas complejos de gestión de servicios. Cada día busco oportunidades para contribuir a la productividad y éxito de mi equipo utilizando todas las herramientas a mi alcance, incluyendo coaching y metodologías Agile.
